Hey guys! How’s it going today! I’m back in New York City, which is now home for my amazing boyfriend and I. I was going to do PR UNBOXING of the new Urban Decay HEAT collection but way to many people are reviewing it and have so many crazy opinions.
Let me just say companies do not send us “better” quality makeup then you buy – I understand why some who say or think that 100% but if you know how manufacturing goes they will only make so many of a certain product – say you need five thousand (5000) units, ok cool! But for five hundred (500) to one thousand (1000) made completely different for PR send outs it would be hard to find a manufacturer who would be cool with that, I keep it one hundred (100) with you guys. Always.
So Charlotte Tilbury is nothing new to me at all like it is now for people, it’s new and amazing. I remember almost two years ago faulhaber communications which is an amazing full service PR and Marketing agency in Liberty Village in Toronto sent me a press package of products and it was mostly Charlotte Tilbury!

Let’s get started ➡️
AIRBRUSH FLAWLESS FINISH compact powder is amazing – the packaging is all very luxury you’ll notice right away and in stunning rose gold, the mirror is also very high quality with a small bit of magnification which isn’t bad. I also love the little engraved star on almost all of the products.
It really prevents excess shine and brighten complexion. Soft focus micro powders from nano-particles blur away lines and imperfections, sitting like a soft micro-fine cashmere veil on top of your skin it really does make your skin look airbrushed. Rose wax • Almond oil • Flow extracts soothe and restore skin for a healthy glow.
It is labeled as a full coverage powder but it really depends on your application method, brush will give you a more light-medium coverage and with a sponge pad that comes with all pressed powders will give you fuller coverage. I actually never used the little powder sponges before but now I absolutely love them.
PRICE ➡️ $60.00 for 8g and carton dimensions 76 x 84 x 16
BUT – it’s a good product and looks amazing on the skin. You can check it out here.
THE RETOUCHER was made to be kinda like the retouching pen tool in photoshop where you just click and like magic whatever you don’t want to see is gone!
Enriched with a radical Lipo-Siliconic compound and special elastomer pearls, it creates a natural healing veil of colour that blends seamlessly with your natural skin tone, so that imperfections disappear, pores, lines and wrinkles are minimised. It’s also very very hydrating which is always a welcome within any makeup I think the retoucher uses Black tea • Vitamins • Paraben-free to help fill in hollowed out skin grooves, creating a smooth, seamless surface.
PRICE ➡️ $48.00 for 3.5ml and carton dimensions 21 x 21 x 145
Check it out here, it works wonders with the AIRBRUSH FLAWLESS FINISH POWDER! ★
FILMSTAR BRONZE AND GLOW DUO is so amazing Charlotte Tilbury was killing the highlighter game before there even was one! Again luxury packaging in the signature rose gold! There is two (2) shades for this and the one above is for fair to medium skin – The bronzer is a blend of pearl and pigment to help contour your face and mimic that sun-kissed skin.
The highlighter has a golden base to universally flatter any skin tone, with Light Flex Technology to capture and reflect light just where you want it – which is a complete must for proper highlighting. Personally I think people are going a little to crazy with highlighting and forget just was artists use for in the first place! But then again makeup is about expression and fun so do you always! It is Paraben-free, of course.
PRICE ➡️ $80.00 for 16g and carton dimensions 121 x 61 x 15
Take a look and find out more about the product here! Are you sucked in yet?
SIDE NOTE ➡️ the brushes from Charlotte Tilbury are amazing and worth the money! They actually have some science behind them – the handle and the way it’s cut has flatten pieces so that they rest when you put them down and don’t roll onto the floor! And that is a trick from back in the 60s – cool, no?
